Built with dedication to sustainable and environmental design, the 5 x 4 House offers a rare opportunity to experience the absolute latest in small space, eco-friendly living without compromise on the finer things in life.
A gorgeous rooftop garden complete with private hot tub provides stunning views over downtown Melbourne as well as a wonderful place to entertain guests or just relax at the end of a busy working day or perhaps a day exploring what this wonderful city has to offer. Floor to ceiling glass windows provide an abundance of natural light as well as wonderful city views throughout the rest of the home.
